What Reliance First Capital offers:

 

  • Our in-house team of graphic designers, videographers and online developers are available to help support our REALTOR® Loan Partners in the development and creation of co-branded materials* in order to help drive their business home.

  

  • Our FREE Credit Coach™ program features a one-on-one conference call with our Credit Coach™, during which an in-depth credit report analysis is conducted to provide you with a clear understanding of your report and the many factors that affect your score. Then our Credit Coach™ identifies any key issues and provides time-tested recommendations which potential homeowners can use to help raise their credit score.

  

  • In addition to the standard loans offered, we also offer FHA with credit scores down to 500, VA with credit scores down to 560, and Non-agency jumbo up to $3 million.

  

  • Each loan file is assigned to an experienced Mortgage Analyst who remains the point person throughout the entire process helping ensure a smooth mortgage experience. Clear and constant contact is provided to all authorized personnel ensuring a worry-free purchase mortgage transaction.

  

  • Our Purchase Priority™ process puts an emphasis on collecting and reviewing key information, including income, early in the process to ensure a quick closing timeframe to meet contract dates.

  

*Reliance First Capital abides by all RESPA guidelines. Co-branded marketing is never completed in exchange for referrals from a 3rd party. The cost of any co-branded marketing elements produced will be shared proportionally among participating parties.
